Business Returns:

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 (CRA) does not apply to business-to-business (B2B) contracts; instead, these are governed by the Sale of Goods Act 1979.

If a business buys goods in error, the goods can only be returned to the Company if fully re-saleable and at our discretion. There will be a re-stocking charge of 30% of the purchase price of the goods. In the event of such returns, the customer is responsible for the safe return of the goods.
