For us to be able to order this Printhead for you, from Epson, we will need you to return the old printhead to us within a week of receiving the new one & at time of purchase you need to provide us with the Epson printer model and serial number of your current Epson printer as well as full end user details. A photo of the back of the printer showing both the model number & serial number will be sufficient to e-mail to:
